Very poor indeed

I would advise careful consideration before deciding to use this plugin. Although it has good functionality and the free version will do much that is needed for selling events the set up is clunky and getting assistance is a long and drawn out process. I am now on day four and I am still unable to change one small item on the default search bar that places itself on the homepage.

In fact the child generator plugin crashes the site. It is a known fault yet this company still recommend using it!!! This is from a WP Travel email:

‘Regarding creating child theme, please use Child Theme Generator plugin.

Further, regarding WP child theme generator plugin, we will fix the issue as soon as possible.’

There is also a problem with copying information and pasting into the event details section. Mostly it doesn’t like it so you have to paste into notepad or similar and then copy and then paste into WP Travel. An unnecessary addition that becomes laborious if you have many events to move to this platform.

I’m still waiting for a workable solution to removing the default search term ‘trekking’ from the default search bar. I will not be asking for any further assistance as it takes about three attempts before they understand leading me to believe they do not read with any level of understand the request in the first instance.

I’m just totally fed up with these plugin developers that promise so much and deliver products that are clunky and in some cases not fit for purpose…
