Very poor design
-
1. The plugin is setup out of the box to use the coursepress login, logout, student profile rather than the normal WP procedures. This can not be easily changed and there are no easy to understand instructions about how to change it. There is no instruction on the student profile page telling you if you do not setup a profile, you will be locked out of your site. (Use ftp to rename the plugin to disable it. What a pain. And what a poor plugin design.)
2. The z index on the menu is set too sensitive or too short a time on hover so the menu disappears about half way thru the scroll down it. This is a major annoyance since the settings link is at the bottom of the menu rather than at the top where it should be.
3. The setup instructions are buried on the sidebar menu of the settings page and there is no back link on the settings page other than the browser bar.
4. After getting locked out and having to rename the plugin to get back into my site, I did not even try the rest of the plugin. Was afraid to do so.
5. While wpmudev makes some very good plugins, at this development stage, coursepress is not one of them.
