Very poor customer support

  • Very poor customer support though i bought ultimate product.
    plugin is not working properly
    can’t refund either

    Firstly, I apologizes for the delay.

    You should check your spam filters, actually, we have replied to all your emails offering you our support. You never replied to our emails.

    Just make sure that our domain’s name is not being blacklisted. Also, I have used my persona email account, just get back to my email and I’m sure that your issue will be resolved within 10 minutes. I’m sure you’re missing a value in the booking shortcode.
