Very poor and lazy support team

  • some main functions are missing and when I start a thread, they didn’t reply to me for the last 10 days. A very poor and lazy support team.

    We did answer your support requests on the forum form you which was 3 days ago and not 10 days ago so its not fair call us lazy for giving you free support for a free plugin… We answered that the functionality you need does not exist in the plugin and we are not obligated to provide you with support at all and when you rate us low b/c of feature that is not available you are hurting all the other users in the community
