Very pooooor plugin, never works correctly, never get refund.

  • I have bought this plugin, after test only with import/export product categories, the developer fixed for more than 7 times and I has waited for more than 40 days, after that, still have problem and not work correct. Everytime the developer asks me to give more time to fix the problem, but everything when I make the test is always have some more problems, never work correclty.

    This is only tested with product categories, I even don’t have a test with import/export for users, orders, products, SEO, pages, articles, attributes, tags………

    Then I ask for the refund, because never work correctly, but this company refuse for the refund and said he lost a lot of time to try to fix the problem, but I am to buying something to use, not to wait for more than 40 days and still have problems.

    Looks this company don’t really know how to fix the plugin, every time he said sorry and ask me to give more time.

    Very poooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooor plugin, never work correctly, don’t lose your money and time for this, stay away.

    And this company will never give you the refund. Attention for that.

    Are you crazy??? After 7 times to fix and more than 40 days waiting only for the import/export categories, it’s looks you don’t know how to work with your plugin, and never fixed it to work correctly, I don’t want wait your for the full of my lifetime.

    Scam company, waste time and money for nothing.

    I confirm… when they asked me for login details and discovered my claims were correct, they gave up on fixing their own plugin.. LOL utterly ridiculous
