Very nice support

I had some problems installing the plugin and needed help from support. It turns out that the file was just renamed by my computer by accident, as I was using the duplicate copy of the plugin that I had mistakenly downloaded, which had a number 2 appended at the end of the file name.

The folks at WP Slimstat were polite, patient, and knowledgeable. Problem solved!
