Very nice theme, excellent support

  • We have been using the free version of Zakra for a couple of years. When they updated to version 3, a notice was included that warned it might break the site. I checked it on a subdomain, and it did indeed cause terrible problems so we just didn’t do the update. Eventually I contacted Zakra and asked if they could help fix it, and they responded very quickly. Rohit was very responsive to all of my email messages and was able to make everything work. Again, it should be noted that support was first rate even though we only had the free version. Very impressed!
