    Recommendation, there is a deprecated code in the path plugins/joli-table-of-contents/core/Engine/ContentProcessing.php (Line 36 (?))

    The actual replacement of that is “htmlspecialchars”, “htmlentities” or mb_encode_numericentity/mb_decode_numericentity
