very messy delete

    I tried UpdraftPlus free version but when I deleted it it left 64 entries behind in wp_options and 101 in wp_postmeta – possibly there are others, these are just the immediately obvious ones. Are these safe to delete, is there a way you advise to do it and what record names to look for to make sure everything from the plugin is gone from all databases and the site?
