Very Management Problem

Hello, i have been using WCFM and i would like to thank for every problem there is solution in the plugin. I request please take 2-3 minutes to read below our requirements and advice us for further actions!

1- We have an online food delivery marketplace and we have different vendors in different places, now to manage them i have made groups, and assigned a manager to manage them, but the problem is the manager capability is defined by group capability, i cannot set managere higher capability than group, and if i want to add multiple manager, one having different capability that is not possible because the capability settings are hidden when i add manager to group and i cant find a way to override it.

2- Second problem is we have some delivery boy delivering in one area and other in another area, now the problem is my manager dont know which delivery boy to assign for order because he dont know there location and there are many delivery boys. Please can you tell a way so i can add delivery boys to group also, or any other way, by whhich it is possible to manage

3- Please can you add delivery boy online and offline feature, because many partime delievry boy i neeed to call them to know, so it would be better if there was already a feature in wcfm, and please add date filter, in delivery dash board so it is easy to manage.

4- Please can you look to add self assign feature based on location to delivery partner as it is very important for hyperlocal marketplaces. as last year you told that you are looking to adding these features. it would be great if you can provide eta
