very long response times after updating to 0.9.2.10

Got a debug log saved here:
https://www.whitelotusclinic.ca/W3TotalCacheDebugLog.txtLots of repeating entries that I don’t really know what to make of. These pages typically have “wait” times from the server of 1 – 2 seconds, so I assume something is configured horribly wrong. This happened after the update.
Any ideas?
