Very late response on tickets

I opened multiple tickets on the website of the WCFM plugin (wclovers.com). I got an answer on these tickets, but these answers did not satisfy my needs (code snippets not working etc.).
I am making a website for a client of mine and I really want to round this up. After I told in my ticket that the suggested solutions are not working I still don’t have a response. I waited for a week now… I experienced this more often with the WC Lovers support team… It keeps me from going in my development process.
Be warned, answers on tickets can take very long with this plugin. Not ideal if you use the software to build a website for a client.
