Very impressive support

Had this theme on a friends website since v1.0.18 (set up as a child theme). Never had any issues with updates over the years. Updated to the current v2.0.38 and the site formatting broke. Wasn’t sure what the issue was. Online chat support was active, so I sent them a message. Response was basically instant. After not being able to figure it out with a few questions, they asked for a login to the website, logged in and fixed it within a few minutes. Memory issue (needed to set WP_MEMORY_LIMIT to 256M in wp-config.php). Extremely impressive support response. Based on this alone, highly recommend HashThemes.
