Very helpful support, even at the free level

I use EmbedPress to embed PDFs via a page builder tool, and was struggling to customize the embedded PDF sizes using a shortcode. I contacted WPDeveloper via their support chat and they offered good support despite me not having a paid subscription. They even showed me how I could achieve what I was trying to do within the free subscription without pushing for the upsell. I really appreciate their honesty and if I ever need some of their premium features I won’t hesitate to pay for their products.
