Very happy with WP Astra

  • I recently switched from the second-rate “Advance Blogging” theme to work with this team of professionals at WP Astra.

    First: There is thorough and significant, sensible documentation to help us along. A lot of resources. But sometimes there comes a time when, as a non-developer you just need help with the theme.

    This happened to me recently. I am delighted to say I am extremely pleased with WP Astra. They are responsive and they really have helped are helping me with my issues. They treat me like I matter.

    I was worried since I use the free theme and thought I might be treated like a second-class citizen because of it. This was NOT the case. They really helped me and did so in a timely manner.

    I highly recommend this team and this theme. What others don’t realize is that when you treat a person like crap when they use the free offering, there’s not way they’re going to upgrade to the paid offering.

    When I’m ready and (hopefully) build traffic, I’m definitely going to upgrade and remain with this team and, where applicable, recommend them to others.

    I’m very happy with them and I highly recommend WP Astra. And I love my theme.
