very happy with support

I had a problem with the plugin after an update and the support person I talked to, Dylan Auty, was very helpful in getting it resolved right away. Most times with vendors it takes them a while to respond but not this vendor. They responded within one day both times I interacted with them. And another time I worked with Matthew Lau who was arduous at helping me figure out a really complex problem that took weeks to figure out along with the host. So I am really impressed with this plugin vendor. Everytime I’ve had an issue their support team has been responsive, super detailed & knowledgeable. Makes me love this plugin more and more.
