Very great degree of Poor Performance and Support

  • Ever since i moved from from Hostgator to Siteground i have only had problems. I have contacted support on Multiple times but they never help and always just redirect me to other pages to read on tips on how to fix my issues but i have tried everything. They also keep saying i have to pay other people to fix it. What is going on?

    Does not matter what i try or what options i disable or enable, I have deleted most plugins including half of my store, optimized all images and reduced their size by allot, enabling CDN and Cloudlare and more. Everything just makes my website slower.

    I stopped working on my site because it does not matter how good it eventually will look people keep clicking off because of bad performance. My website takes more than 25 seconds to load and always scores an F on Pingdom tools and GTMetrix.

    Contacted theme support to maybe help optimize:
    “We can’t help you, buy a licence”

    Contacted Slider Support to maybe help to optimize to reduce loading time:
    “We can’t help you, buy a licence”

    Contacted woocommerce for some tips:
    “We can’t help you, buy another licence”

    Contacted Siteground:
    “We can’t help you, please pay an developer for help.”

    I’m not a coder and this is my first website. Everything that can go wrong did go wrong, from my website being hacked to blank pages to unresponsive website.

    It’s clear, if u don’t have more money to spend then you don’t get a working website.

    My hands are tied and there is nothing left i can do.

    I can’t see any topics opened by you in the forum. We maintain the plugin strictly and help pretty much everyone. I can’t speak for Woo or the other plugin though.

    Tickets through the year was opened and live chats with Siteground was made. I’m just here to vent and give my honest rating of the plugin and it made zero difference.

    Seems to work for others though, good for them.

    I’m the onwer of https://www.f1-fansite.com and ran to all possible problems with hosting that website and tried a lot of hosting platforms. We now use Siteground and our website runs like crazy.

    Just let me know. I’m sure I can figure out why your website is so slow.
