• I just got the answer that the 30 days refund policy they are big advertising with “…within 30 days, and get a full money back, no questions asked.” is just a lie!
I did not get my money back, because: I am already a customer which has an additional license!
So the answer was that they think that I know what the plugin can do and what not – so I dont get my money back! Are you f***** serious?

If you are really that “needy” then get happy with the 50$ – but this 50$ earing are a much more bigger loss for you – because you lost a lot of money in future and ALL of my customers which I recommended so far Elementor Pro Plugin.

  • Wow. Just were looking for the Elementor refund policy and found this. So if you use Elementor for other project(s) you can never refund?? Lol, it means that Elementor f***s their most valuable clients: developers.

Exactly @stormman – it is ridicoulus that a company like Elementor is needed to argue with customers about 50$ refund. So the lost now much more than just these 50$!

    Hello,

I must say I was quite pleased with the way Elementor handled a refund situation for me. I had a PayPal automatic Payment activated for my Expert License which I forgot to cancel. I knew my license was going to expire, so I purchased the Plus Plan since I’m using Elementor for 2 of my websites, forgetting completely about the Automatic Payment.
In the Expiration Day, PayPal initiated the payment and I was not around the phone so that I can cancel it in a timely manner, so the payment got completed. In this way I ended up with 2 licenses, but Elementor Billing Team reviewed my case and in maximum 3 days I got my moneys back. I’m sure my situation it is a bit different since I did not stop using their services completely, however, they could have forced me to keep the more expensive Plan or to offer me something like 2 years of membership instead of moneys back, however they were nice enough to understand that this was a mistake.
