Very good plugin with little issues

First of all, the plugin is a really good one. I use it on many sites for Newsletters or Blog-informations. You can design your own newsletter with little clicks. For a webdesigner it could be more options to design, but ok, I think they are so strict because of the damn email-clients like older outlook versions.

I have two improvements to suggest:

1. the plugin is not totally multilanguage capable. The System only allows f.e. one “manage subscription”-page. If you have more than one language in your site, the subscribers of f.e. french will see the main language english. I solved it with a multi-language page with both languages. It wouldt be better to configure for each lang a own page.
2. You can only pay the premium sending service with credit card. I would prefer to have also paypal or a buy credits-system.

Thats all. Ah, forgot: The (premium) support is very good.
