very good plugin – super support

Using the ‘Form Maker pro’ plugin and tried out several options. It is very flexible and easy to use. The forms are looking good and can be designed to own style. The respective items to build the form, can be pulled from a tool kit by drag and drop into the new form. All went well until I found the conditional field function which controls the show/hide of fields according to the logic laid down in the conditional fields. Unfortunately this function failed – so I contacted the support.
The email communication with the support, namely Mariam Dabaghyan, was a pleasure. Quick and professional replies and a competent software development crew behind her fixed the problem in a day. Very good job – well done.
The problem was found to be in another plugin (Huge IT lightbox) were a JS interfered – after deactivating the plugin the Form Maker went fine.
