• So I looked for a solution for my site – to add a translation for one language. And firstly this plugin looked very good. Until I discovered, that subdomains of my site are unavailable – error 402, “use our paid version” etc. And even deletion of this plugin didn’t fix the problem! So all the evening I looked how to fix my site. Very funny! No, really – very, very funny! At least now I know, that using testing environment before installing unknown plugins to a real site is a good idea. And fortunately my problem was only on this test environment (thanks for my teachers, who explained me not to trust unknown plugins, even very popular).

    Hi,

I believe you have purchased it for one domain and tried to use it on another one. You have pointed a language sub-domain to our IP address and it showed up 402 error, since you did not have a subscription for it.

I want to note that it cannot break your original version of your website, the error will happen only when you try to visit the translated version (es.example.com), so there is actually nothing to fix. You can simply remove the DNS record and that should be it.

Usually people in doubt contact our live chat for help. We can help you to install it if you wish.

    Thanks! ??
