Very good plugin but too bad it doesn’t work with WpVivid

  • Edited: it seems that Fluent SMTP nor WpVivid didn’t really checked if indeed the plugins are not compatible; it was actually an issue from my side; nonetheless, I feel that they both (Fluent SMTP and WpVivid) should be more attentive; I’ve therefore change my review rating from 1 star to 4 stars.

    Before adding the 1 star review I’ve posted this issue on the support page -> MainWP, WpVivid Pro backup and Fluent STMP but nobody answered.

    Very good plugin overall but too bad it doesn’t work with the reporting function of WpVivid.com

    While we do not have any direct integration with WPvivid.com, I assure you that FluentSMTP is fully compatible with all major WordPress backup plugins. I would be happy to investigate this issue further and assist you in resolving it.

    You said “I would be happy to investigate this issue further and assist you in resolving it.” I will be happy to edit my review but first I would like to know more about the issue I presented to you on your support page. How/in what way will you help me? You didn’t presented any option.
    You can search for “MainWP, WpVivid Pro backup and Fluent STMP” on your Support page and answer there. Let’s start from there.
