    Any help with preventing reply emails going into spam? Both for client and admin. Getting Phishing messages.
    Of course I can set a rule in my own inbox to avoid spam but I am more concerned for the customers.

    All mails are sending from WordPress default mail functionality and also used proper headers for in the mail, so this problem might be because of email content or mail providers are told you’re not authenticated which is usually an spf record.
    You can use https://www.mail-tester.com to see why your emails might be treated as spam.
