very good lite weight plugin

There are so many different voting plugins. Most of them are packed with full of features which sucks as rating a post should not decrease the website performance. I understand most of the plugins are meant for people who want everything to be automatic. But download it and do little work yourself and you will be more than happy when website performance is as good as it was. I wish there would be more these light weight plugins.
