Very Good Customer Support

I’ve had a good experience working with Alexey of Ready! E-commerce shopping cart. I read that many people have felt a lack of customer support, but I’ve always gotten email responses within 24 hours, and skype conferences when I requested them. The language barrier was a little difficult, because I am from California and he is from Ukraine, but he’s very helpful. The software in and of itself is free, so I don’t expect much from it. Its very simple. But altogether, has been great and I would recommend it if you are making a simple site where you don’t need a shopping cart that looks like you make a million dollars. Although, my clients have made some fairly big configuration requests and working with Alexey’s consultation, I have been able to make it happen.
