Very good customer service

The plugin instructions are easy to understand and I had no problem with installing and activating the plugin. Everything works perfectly as expected.

But what really stands out is the customer service. I had a very individual problem with my theme and asked the customer service for an idea to solve the issue.

The developers got in touch immediately and offered me to take a look at the problem on my website (with access data that I provided). After a short time, the developers were able to solve the problem and my theme was now working properly.

Although it was clear that my problem was not directly related to their plugin, I was helped without hesitation. If you have experience in development, you know that this is anything but a matter of course. Therefore 5 stars from me!
