    Hi can you provide more information please? Can you also enable debug mode and try another transaction and then check the log file.

    I can’t enable this option https://prntscr.com/8pz1t2 I tried but failed
    Our all existing customer said they haven’t get any registration link after payment,I added all of ours members manually.

    Did you enable debug mode? If you did, did you check the log file?

    That secreenshot you shared is NOT where the debug option is. The debug option is in the general settings menu of the plugin. It is a checkbox with a label that says “Enable Debug”. Turn that option off so we can see what is going on your site.

    Also, make sure the IPN feature is enabled in your PayPal account:

    Basically, this issue you explained is an issue your site (not the plugin). So when you enable the debug option and do a transaction, it will tell you what needs to be fixed on your server so the plugin can work the way it does on other sites.

    when i check Enable Debug and then my log file, there is empty,
