Very Good But a Little Slow

  • I appreciate this plugin being made by softalicous. It’s nice to have renown developers behind it.

    And the performance isn’t any worse than any of the other plugins available for the same job.

    But the plugin does slow down my first time byte by quite a lot. It goes from 0.2 to 0.4 which is quite a big deal.

    Up until now I had not used any of these limit login attempt plugins for this very reason, but I’ve reluctantly changed my mind because brute force attacks are so common.

    Hopefully one of these plugins can have a quicker first time byte.
