    UPDATE 3/11/23:

    I finally tested the plugin after the update: I deleted my CSS correction and it really seem to work! great job, thank you!

    I’m so grateful for this plugin: I made it work without reading documentation, although (if you wanna save time and avoid many set-up attempts) I suggest you do.. especially for behavior changes and look.

    Had to change a css value about the max-height of the TOC, because it was getting cropped, once I’ve done that, everything else was working as intended. I assume that some JS or CSS interference form your own theme is to be expected?

    Admittedly I haven’t tried all its features: only inserted a shortcode in a couple of pages, so I didn’t test the automatic detection features for post types. I’d imagine it could be a god sent help for documentation pages or online manuals, presentations and essays.

    Overall a great time saver, I tried various others and would clash with my setup… although I was prepared to, I’m very glad I didn’t have to do my TOC by hand. Thank you.

    Hi there!

    the only thing that is happening now is that one page has the smooth scrolling working properly, and the other page it seems that the smooth scrolling isn’t on.

    I’m not sure though, that this has anything to do with the plugin ˉ\_(ツ)_/ˉ

    here are the 2 pages is you’d like/want to check:

    Privacy – Has smooth scrolling
    T&C – Doesn’t have smooth scrolling

    Regardless, you fully deserve 5 stars ツ

    Hi !

    Thank you for your feeback on this. Glad to know this could solve your initial problem.

    I have checked both your pages and smooth scrolling seems to be working on both pages. I can’t notice any problem right now. Did you already solve your issue?

    Also, make sure to clear your caches (browser + plugin cache) when checking again. Sometimes, the theme or a third party plugin will add event listeners to the links and this could interfere with Joli TOC.

    Hi,

    Yes, I did, well, you did….I used the handy option in your settings to force smooth scrolling, and there seems to be no conflicts with the theme smooth scrolling features. Thanks Again!
