  • The plugin corresponds to the declared purpose. There is no need to set the markup of shared link. Very simple. Recommend. However, if I have shared some page before the plugin installation, its markup is not recorrected even if I shared it once again.

    What did services with a site is not a scope of this plugin. We can not control how it works. And in most cases, re-sharing does not change anything because those sites use their own cache to avoid hitting your site again and again.

    You can check it for FB using Tools -> Sharing Debuger:

    1. Open https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/
    2. Enter a page URL and it the “Debug” button.
    3. Check “Time Scraped” – if it is before your changes – it means FB use a cache.
    4. Click the “Scrap Again” button and re-check sharing information.

    Eventually, check your site for a cache too.
