It is unfortunate that you had to face such issue and we apologize for the inconvenience caused because of this. When this feature was requested we took note and released the following features: Dynamic Sound Notification, Repeating sound notification, Sound notification closing after pop-up closes. We delivered these within a short time which may have caused some issues that you mentioned.
Moreover, we focused on our flagship features which is why we missed these issues. Our team has been working under pressure and it may have caused some delays in responding which we apologize for.
Currently, we have already started looking into this with high priority and by next week you can expect all of these to be resolved.
However, since you had to go through unfortunate events, we are willing to look into your refund request if that is what you want. We are already processing your ticket and you will receive an update there.
