    Sorry, my review isn’t as good as it used to be. Because we are tired of the plugin’s live notification feature not working properly anymore.

    It is unfortunate that you had to face such issue and we apologize for the inconvenience caused because of this. When this feature was requested we took note and released the following features: Dynamic Sound Notification, Repeating sound notification, Sound notification closing after pop-up closes. We delivered these within a short time which may have caused some issues that you mentioned.

    Moreover, we focused on our flagship features which is why we missed these issues. Our team has been working under pressure and it may have caused some delays in responding which we apologize for.

    Currently, we have already started looking into this with high priority and by next week you can expect all of these to be resolved.

    However, since you had to go through unfortunate events, we are willing to look into your refund request if that is what you want. We are already processing your ticket and you will receive an update there.

    Hope you are doing well. In our recent WPCafe update, we have improved the live order notification feature. It has been updated and tested and it works smoothly now.

    Thank you for being patient with us. Our team is getting a lot of feedbacks for new features and updates and we are consistently working to consider all of our customers requests. I hope you will not have to experience similar issues in the future.

    If you are satisfied with our latest update, then we request you to change and increase the rating you gave. It will greatly motivate us to continue bringing better updates for WPCafe.
