Very smooth and effective.It saves time to users, improves the form look and ensures better spam and bot protection. I work with Contact Form 7, and was using wp-recaptcha, but only had to disable wp-recaptcha, enable de invisible recaptcha, remove the recaptcha tag from my contact forms and with the right key registered in google it was working like a charm.
