    Iubenda customer support is EXTREMELY SLOW to respond. Worse yet, Iubenda’s customer support is extremely frustrating to deal with. Each time I contact the company for guidance, I feel that I’m receiving incomplete, vague, jargony, and confusing answers. I’ll be switching to another company.

    Hey iubenda support, I need to contact you but your email address [email protected] has issues.

    I’ve received 2 x notifications stating “The email account that you tried to reach is inactive.”

    Is this email account still active? Is there another way to reach you?

    Why don’t you have a proper support ticketing system like other companies of your size? It seems strange to have to send you a regular email to an address that doesn’t even work…

    Please let me know as we need your help on a frustrating topic.

    Never mind, I found your support form in the small “Help” green button stuck vertically on the right hand side… not very easy to see when you already show a “Support” section within the page.

    Perhaps your web designer could improve the UX?
