• I downloaded Newsletter a week ago and I’m still trying to figure it out. The written documentation is extremely poor and the video tutorials are outdated – they show a different version of the plugin than the one I installed. I paid $79 to upgrade so I have access to help from the developers but tickets are not answered promptly and I have had to ask for help for very mundane subjects that could easily be explained in better documentation. Newsletter is a very capable plugin but figuring out how to configure it is a whole different story. I’ll get up to speed eventually but it surely is tiresome asking repeatedly for help on different road blocks.

Here’s the latest example: I have 321 subscribers but my hosting company limits me to 250 emails per hour. I need to split the list. You cannot split a list in Newsletter. You have to reupload your CSV file but a list cannot be specified in a CSV file. So how is this done? Do I have to create two separate CSV files and upload them separately to different lists? I submitted yet another ticket to get an answer to this question. Big sigh….

Hi, thank you for using our plugin. To respect the limits set by your company, you can just set the maximum delivery speed on the Newsletter’s main settings. There is no need to split the subscribers into different lists (at least if they don’t need to be classified differently).
