Very effective at reducing spam

I’ve been using Cleantalk for a couple of months on a number of customer sites, and it’s far and away the best anti-spam plugin I’ve used yet, and I’ve tried a few. It’s a cinch to set up, block both comment spam and contact form spam (for a wide range of forms including Caldera, my preferred option) and gives you a comprehensive dashboard to monitor for false positives (none yet!).

Sure there’s a cost involved, but it’s a pittance. Well worth the cup-of-coffee level of cost for a year’s protection.
