Very easy to use and setup. Support has been great.

  • We have been using Omnisend for just over six months, and it has been great. Easy setup and the automations make it easy to add things like abandoned cart flows and new customer sign-ups for newsletters. We use a program to have all of our marketplace orders from Ebay, Wal-Mart, and Amazon go into Woocommerce, which also brings in the emails from those platforms. With Omnisend, we were able to segment those emails out so they will never be accidentally sent an email as that would be detrimental to our marketplace accounts. Karine from their support team has been quick to respond and helped us with questions we had while adding our second woocommerce store to their platform. We are very happy that we found Omnisend and they have helped us gain new customers.
