Very easy to use and setup. Has increased reviews for our products 10 fold.

We were looking for a robust review collection system for our woocommerce store. We needed something that could blacklist certain emails as we have ebay, amazon, and walmart orders coming into the woocommerce platform as well as just orders from our base store. This plugin had the feature to blacklist certain emails and domains along with an easy portal to see your reviews, see review emails sent, when they will be sent, and respond as needed along with tons extra.

We have a pretty basic setup for the system as we only want to send one email asking for a review on the product they purchase and we do not want to send them to any orders from the outside platform. When a review is left it then sends them a coupon. Which can be enabled or disabled. We also use the Q&A feature which helps with those FAQ. There are tons of configurations and many we have not even looked at but we have had it for about 2 months and we are very pleased so far.
