Very poor support

I am using King Composer.

I can’t update content on my pages. Clicking button “Update” (either WP native button of Saving with KC) shows message that page is saved, but actually all changes are lost. If I refresh the page in admin, all updates are gone and I see the content of the page which was there before update. I can’t edit existing text in KS sections. I can’t add new WP blocks.
