Very disappointing

User Beware:
1. Mailchimp integration doesn’t work (regardless of I.N. assurances).
2. It is excruciating to actually get any support. You’d think that with something as important as lead management that support would be prompt and competent —it has been neither in my experience.
3. Leads database has stopped working after latest update (and yes, I followed the prompt to update the database —I guess I shouldn’t have)I’ll be transitioning over to another lead management system when I have the time to do the work of exporting my lead list, loading and setting up the new plugin and populating the database. I’m expecting I’ll have to manually migrate the database one lead at a time; as it’s too much to expect any automated features will work.
