Very Disappointed in the Pro Version

Most of the 1 stars in the reviews are about the free version, but people should know there is a big problem with the pro version. I spent hours setting it up on my website – it works fine but the images load a bit slow – then changed hosting and tried to get it working on my new server before pointing my domain over (so accessed through an IP address). It did not work on the new hosting environment, so I emailed support and was told it only works with ‘real domains.’ This made it useless to me because I will not use it if I can’t test how it works on a new hosting environment. Developers should know this plugin will not work on testing /local environments. I asked for a refund and didn’t even get the courtesy of a response. So I wasted money and a lot of time on this plugin – if you are a developer, please don’t do the same!
