    We believe our plugin is quite intuitive to use, while we also offer stellar premium support as well as free support through this plugin repository.

    What sort of hack are you referring to here? And also, what sort of program is it that you refer to here? Please clarify so we can improve wherever needed or explain further where necessary.

    Hi Andrew,

    There is a claim that this is “a hack from another program”, which makes no sense to us, and the user created their profile specifically for only this review and didn’t get back to us, which is suspicious to us as being a fake review.

    I don’t think that’s a good way to judge a legitimate review. If this was the case then a lot of your 5 star reviews would be removed.
