Very difficult to use and imcomplete

    This is an incomplete plug-in. It’s not just not user friendly, but you can’t import your existing list without dowloading 100 other apps and plug-ins and other stuff that bogs down your website.

    Thank you for your review. I understand the plugin could be difficult to use to someone (and easy for someone else seen our reviews), but I don’t understand what those 100 apps should be installed to import a set of emails.

    Could you kindly help me understanding?

    The is only one addon we provide, for free, to import data from a CSV: it can be installed, to do the import and then removed. The fact that some features are separated and can be added and removed when needed, makes the plugin to be as light as possible.
