Very Difficult to Figure out

This plugin is marked as a document and project manager. The document manager portion of this works pretty well, it uploads and download files and sorts them into folders. As a project manager it doesn’t work very well. Most of the ‘project manager’ features are only available as paid downloads. For the most part they were very difficult to figure out. The documentation is not complete and there are very few instructions on how to use the plugins. Overall this is a good piece of software, but for the paying customers the add on pieces are not great, do not work correctly and the support is not very good. They always responded to questions, but usually just to tell me that the problem wasn’t happening.
