Welcome. I do not know English very well so I will use some of the Google translator ??

I have a problem with the “Advanced Shipment Tracking” plugin. I use the MusexPress and Adobe Muse converter to create pages for WordPress.

My problem is that on the theme that I created in Adobe Muse and converted to WordPress, I can’t edit the message template. When I change the theme to the default one, I can edit the template, but when I return to my theme, it all goes back to the default state

I attach photos and a link to a video of my problem:

Hi, if this works fine with the twenty-nineteen theme as in your video, you’ll need to contact the Muse plugin/theme developer and ask them for a solution since the issue is caused by a conflict with their plugin/theme
    Thanks

I got this information from the creator of the motif – is it possible? It doesn’t work for me.

    “Hi,
MusexPress does not support the preview mode. The only workaround is switching the theme everytime you have to make some change in the Customizer.

    Best regards”

Hi, yes, you should do what they suggested.
    Thanks

When I do that, everything is ok, but after changing the template everything plugs back to the default settings.

They do not support the customizer, so I guess when you have their theme installed the preview will not work, did you try to send test email with the tracking after you switch back to their theme, their theme should not affect the AST settings.
    Thanks

this should be the case, but their theme affects the change to the default AST settings :/

This should not happen, these changes should not affect the AST settings, you should contact this theme developer to solve this issue since clearly the issue is caused by their theme compatibility with the WordPress customizer.
