Very dependable

I have been using Backup-Guard Gold for several years now for the four to five web sites that I author. I schedule weekly backups that never fail. I have restored without problems and migrated without issues. Customer service is a bit slow and it can take a week or more to resolve issues, but they usually come through with a helpful solution.
