Very complex Product

Hi,
i’d like to create a shop with multiple complex products, so the issue is that my product contain multiple parameters and sub product, so i want ideas to how to organize all this

also i have another question:do u know any media library to manange sub categories contained in multiple category cause

grouped category 1 contain simple_product_1 and
grouped category 2 also contain simple_product_1
so i created media_category_1 contain simple_product_1_category
and media_category_2 contain simple_product_1_category
but when i add for example a picture to simple_product_1_category in media_category_1 it’s not updated in simple_product_1_category in media_category_2
