• The plugin is kinda cool, but is incredibly limited unless you go Pro. You’re kind of forced to just use it as it comes, with few (if any) options to order content or customise the way it’s displayed.

    The support is pretty terrible. As mentioned before, representatives are very slow in responding to requests, and sometimes when they do their replies are so bad (two-three word sentences) that you’re forced to ask them to elaborate. Which takes a further few days. It’s quite a frustrating process.

    If they actually made an effort with their support, and didn’t remove a lot of key features from their free version (just to push you to upgrade), then I could happily rate this higher.
