    Absolutely disgusted with the Best Shop theme and the so-called “support.” From the moment I purchased this theme, it has been nothing but a nightmare. Bugs everywhere, incomplete features, and the documentation is useless. What’s worse is the complete lack of response from the support team.

    At first, they responded (after long delays), but every time one issue was “fixed,” another one popped up. Now, they have stopped replying altogether, leaving me with a broken theme and no help in sight. This level of neglect and unprofessionalism is unbelievable, especially for a PAID theme.

    If you’re thinking about buying this theme, DON’T. You’ll be wasting your money and your time dealing with a team that clearly doesn’t care about their customers. I’m done with waiting for responses and being ignored. This has been a terrible experience from start to finish.

    Thank you for your kind words.

    The issues were coming from your AJAX loader plugins and WooCommerce plugins. That is not related to my themes. Also, we provided hours of free support finding bugs in your site but we can’t give free web development as you have requested.
