Very bad theme!

  • This theme is not adaptable to my wishes, differs from the description on their website and contains errors. The theme has clearly not been developed enough yet and should actually not be sold! I have asked for a refund, but they are not willing to do that. I do not recommend buying this theme! Be warned.

    Yes.Let me explain the problem.

    The customer bought our Pro version one week ago. That is great, I appreciate that.

    Here is his problem which he reported to us:
    “Last week I bought a theme from you. Installing was simple and the theme worked.
    I had turned off the sticky sidebar, but I couldn’t get the content in the middle of the screen; this remained on the left side of the screen. With high-quality themes I’m used to, the field expands when the site bar is turned off.    ”

    I explain that each theme has different features, with our theme, when enable Full Width layout, the content still align left. He did not understand and want to it has to align center and compare with other themes. Of course, I can help him to do it, but he did not want then open dispute, and of course, I won because he could not provide any proof.

    Unfortunately, that is not the case we can refund. I sent him our refund policy.

    That is why I reported his review is spam and hope you can delete it.

    None of that matters, to be honest, here on this site. But I will be closing this review to further comments. Here’s why.

    1. The user is a user of the pro version. You upsell so that’s allowed.
    2. Refunds are not part of the reviews here. Not even a little. That topic is not a conversation for here on this site.
    3. While this review is not particularly useful, it’s still feedback. Do not call it “spam” as that is a mis-characterization of this review. I know spam. This is not that.
    4. The user left a review. I asked for your feedback and you replied. That’s enough and this review will not be removed.

    If you need to contact the moderators about this then you can do so via the Slack #forums channel. Keep in mind, there is nothing here that needs to be added and the review will not be removed. But if you still do not understand why the review will remain then you can ask in the WordPress Slack #forums channel.
