Very Bad Supportive Plugin

I’m using the Event Manager Pro plugin on my site and when I try to log in to my Pro account it is not let me log in to my dashboard.
They didn’t provide phone or mail support. They only provide a support forum for the pro user but for that, you need to log in to your account.
When I asked for support related to this here instead of helping me with this they closed my previous thread.
This is how they provide support for their premium users.
Does anyone face the same issue on their end? If yes, then let me know the solution of this.
